Bandh in Tirumala may affect the pilgrims

Samaikya Rashtra Parirakshana Vedika (SRPV) state unit gave a bandh call in all the 13 districts of Seemandhra on Tuesday. Pilgrims bound to the holy shrine of Tirumala on Tuesday morning should wait till evening to take a bus to reach the holy shrine or have to trek the entire hill to have a darshan of Lord Venkateswara. The TTD had chalked out various measures like providing food and shelter at Tirumala and Tirupati. Movement of buses and all other vehicles would be stopped on the Tirupati-Tirumala ghat road from 6 a.m to 6 p.m.
