Shocking news!! Tremors felt in Anna Salai in Chennai today, panic among the residents!!

Today at 12 pm in the noon on the busy Anna Salai tremors were felt. This has created panic among the residents now. There were some reports that mentioned that the ongoing metro rail works would have been the reason for the tremors witnessed in Chennai today. It must be noted that the tremor was felt today in the bank building on Whites Road in Chennai
The metro officers have made it clear that no work has been going on now that would trigger an earthquake or tremor etc in Chennai. It was later brought out by the National Seismological Centre that Chennai did not report an earthquake or tremor etc.
