Bank Employees announce strike!

The Bank Employees throughout the country have announced a 1-day strike of work on 19th November!
In a notification released on behalf of the All India Bank Employees Association, the Banks take their own decision on issues regarding the Bank Employees. The Banks have given up the usual practice of both the parties being involved (the bank as well as employees0 to resolve issues!
Both sides have violated most of the Rules and Regulations.
The Bank administration does not pay heed to the orders issued by the Central Ministry of Labour Welfare. As such, the bank administration ignores the relationship between the administrators and the employees!
As such, due to the issues mentioned above, the All India Bank Employee4s Association has informed that the Bank Employees will go on strike for 1 day on 19th November!
