The Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Company (ICRTC) has now introduced the facility for train passengers to access the reservation status on WhatsApp!!

Further, you can receive the explanation and the actual situation through WhatsApp itself!

On top of these new facilities, the passenger can order their preferred food items and receive them at the right place and time!

The Indian Railway Passengers can access the PNR Status, the actual location of the train, the status, etc., through WhatsApp itself.

These facilities are introduced by the company, Railofy.

In a single search through WhatsApp, ICRTC customers can all details regarding their travel! Currently, passengers need to spend a lot of time to know these data by visiting several WhatApps and calls.

There are other facilities too!  Such as which is the next station, the timings, etc.,

The passengers do not need to do anything about this! Just type the 10-digit PNR � all details will be available at your fingertips!

Apart from this, the train passengers may also contact telephone number 139 to know about the station.

How to get this facility?

  • Save the Railofy number +91 98811 93322 (WhatsApp Support number).
  • Update your WhatsApp and check the new WhatsApp list.
  • Register your 10-digit PNR number on the Railofy Chatbot. Receive the details wanted!
  • For ordering food items through WhatsApp, register the number +91 70420 62070 on your cell phone. Go to Chatbot on this WhatsApp number. Enter the 10-digit PNR.
  • After this, select the station where you want the food items. A list of cafeterias/hotels will be displayed!
  • Now, select the hotel and the food items! When the train reached the registered station, your food item will be served to you!!
