The Coronavirus pandemic is not yet over even now!!

At this point of time, there has been rapid spreading of A H1NI influenza infection in Chennai and across other parts belonging to Tamil Nadu. Every day in the state, atleast 200 influenza cases are getting reported now and the total number of cases stands at 1044 now. The situation has been under control and this was mentioned by some officials belonging to the health department

In Tamil Nadu, now there are 364 active influenza cases and this was as per the health minister Mr. M. Subramanian. Of these, 68 cases are undergoing treatment at various hospitals. Other patients are getting treatment in their homes or as outpatients etc. The health minister explained that there was no need to worry regarding the flu situation now as it was normal at this point of time.

Truth is that the chances of transmission of flu inside the homes are high. It is necessary that the family members must cover their mouths inside the houses. People must use hand sanitizers plus wear facemasks and maintain social distancing to avoid getting infected with influenza infection.

The health minister was of the view that safety norms would help the public to get protection against Covid-19 and H1NI flu virus etc. He added that there was no need to declare a public holiday for the schools as it was not a new virus. It is noteworthy that those students who were not well must stay in isolation in their homes.
