New Procedure to be adopted for driving Licenses: Identical throughout India!!

The Central Ministry for Road Transport and Highways has released a new system for issue of identical International Drivers` Licenses throughout the country
In a notification released by the Central Ministry of Road Transport and National Highways, it is mentioned:
"The International Drivers` Licenses presently issued by various states in the country are different in shape, size, dimensions and colours!
Due to this, Indian Citizens abroad encounter various hardships using these driving licenses of different shapes, sizes, and colours!
Father, lots of complaints and demands have been received on this front!
As such, as per the Geneva Agreement, identical Driver; Licenses are to be issued throughout the country!
`QR Coed` regulations have been set up to link this Deliver License with International License.
Apart from this, Assistance Call telephone numbers and e-mail IDs have been created.
