The World Health Organization (WHO) has released the details regarding the foreign residing citizens sending money to their countries!
It is a routine for the foreign resident Indians working there to send money every month.
As per the World Health Organization, in the year 2021 alone, the foreign resident Indians have sent 87 Billion Dollars (Rs. 6.90 Lakh Crores) to India to their families!
In this aspect, India leads the list by a huge margin overtaking China and Mexico!
Foreign Resident Chinese citizens have sent 53 Billion Dollars in 2021.
Foreign Resident Mexicans had sent 53 billion dollars to Mexico. For the Philippines, the amount is 36 billion dollars. For Egypt, it is 33 billion dollars.

A huge amount of money has been registered from Indians working in the United States of America (USA) sending to their families in India.
As far as money remitted to India by the Foreign Resident Indians, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia occupy the next places!
The World Health Organization has mentioned in this regard, that the revenue was beneficial to overcoming the economic crisis and the financial hardship encountered especially by the middle-income group of families due to the raging coronavirus pandemic
