Great news about TN women family heads getting this amount every month from the government!!

It was earlier promised by the TN government during the run up to the TN Assembly elections that women family heads in TN would get a monthly amount of Rs 1000. In February 2022 also this was reiterated by the CM of Tamil Nadu Mr. M.K. Stalin.
The news is that this would soon become a reality. It was mentioned by Mr. P.T.R. Palanivel Rajan, minister for Finance and HRD that the government has been taking steps to provide this amount for the women as soon as possible. He shed light on how all the details regarding the beneficiaries are being collected and how the authorities have been working on it to examine and refine the database. It is true that the TN government has already waived off crop loans and jewel loans etc.
There are also possibilities of the TN government to procure technologically advanced systems directly from the start-ups in the future and for that the government has been encouraging many start-ups now. As a part of CII-connect programme in Chennai,many stalls were put up last year in the month of November. These stalls displayed modern inventions in drones surveying plus various features that were important for the government sectors like Revenue Department and Corporation for property tax assessment etc.
