Tamil Nadu Labour Notification for 24 hours working!

As per the notification issued by the Department of Labour of the State Government of Tamil Nadu:
- The employees can work on a rotation basis of 8 hours per day work.
- An hour-and-a-half of �Overtime� work is permitted per day!
- Note that, the total number of working hours should not increase to more than 57 hours!
- Both salary and overtime should be paid by bank transfer.
Women employees working beyond 8 pm should be provided with safety measures and transportation.
