Chennai based Apollo Hospitals is now making amazing news for having successfully performed robotic assisted minimally invasive coronary artery bypass surgery or CABG on a 93 year old person.
The main advantage of this robotic assisted minimally invasive surgery is that it allows the patients to return to their normal lives considerably faster when compared to the normal bypass surgery.

It added that the 93 year old patient was the oldest till date to undergo this robotic assisted minimally invasive coronary artery bypass graft. It is possible to treat those with single or multiple vessel coronary artery disease with this sensational new procedure. Patients would be able to return back to their normal lives in just 2 weeks.
