The procedure to apply for writing TET - Teachers Eligibility Test 2022

Lakhs of candidates who had completed +2 and then the Teachersďż˝ Training Course were eagerly expecting the announcement for the date of the Teachersďż˝ Eligibility Test!

In this scenario, the Teachersďż˝ Recruitment Board (TRB) has informed that interested candidates may apply for writing the Teachersďż˝ Eligibility Test (TET) Papers I & II for the year 2022 from 14th March until 13th April.

Details:

Name of the Examination: Teachersďż˝ Eligibility Test (TET)

Academic Qualifications:

Question Paper-I: 
Candidates MUST have passed +2 Public Examinations studying from any of the government-approved schools and MUST have also completed the 2-yearsďż˝ Teachers Training Course.

Question Paper-II: 
Candidates MUST have completed a graduate course in any faculty in government institutions or government-approved institutions.

Age Limit: 
Candidates MUST be of minimum 18 years of age and there is no maximum limit for age.

Application Fee: 
Candidates from the General or Common Cadre, MBC, and BC communities have to pay an application fee of Rs. 500/-. SC/ST. Ancient Tribe candidates MUST pay Rs. 250/- as application fee.

Selection Procedure: 
Candidates will be selected based on the marks obtained in the Teachersďż˝ Eligibility Test!

Date of Examination (TET): 
Paper-I will be conducted on 27th June and Paper-II on 28th June.  It is informed that the detailed official order about this will be released later.
