Chennai Metro City Police resolute to eradicate corona pandemic - Setting up a WAR ROOM!

Tamil Nadu State Government has issued an ALERT on the expected onset of the 3rd wave of the coronavirus pandemic.
In fact, even before the expected onset of the 3rd wave of the coronavirus pandemic, there is alarming news that the daily number of patients affected by coronavirus has been increasing!
As a measure to contain the resurgent rise in the spread of the coronavirus, all the shops in the Chennai Metro City�s shopping centres have been closed! Also, further restrictions have been imposed!
In this rather tense scenario, the Chennai Metro City Police, as a measure against this spread and the 3rd wave, has set up a �WAR ROOM�, control room centre, headed by the Chennai Police Commissioner Shankar Jiwa.
30 police personnel, versatile with computer operations have been deployed in this WAR ROOM control centre.
The task of obtaining the data on the number of citizens affected by a coronavirus in the districts including Chengalpattu, Thiruvallur and Kanchipuram administrations are already in progress in this control centre.
With the data on the affected list of citizens, the details of the persons contacted by these newly affected citizens over the last 15 days is gathered and the task of getting these citizens identified is in full progress to facilitate the arrest of the spread of the raging coronavirus.
It is further explained that this WAR ROOM has been set up to identify the localities where the spread is quite fast and intense and also to check and establish whether the spread is due to the citizens arriving from other states visiting Tamil Nadu.
