Breakdown of Tamil Nadu State E-Services! Server down!

There has been a breakdown in the Tamil Nadu State Government`s E-Service Centres due to server breakdown.
The employees of the E-Service Centres shared in this regard:
The capacity of functioning of the server has come down for last 3 days. So, we are not in a position to respond to the public who visit here for E-Service-related requirements.
There will be an increase in demand this month for getting academic certificates and caste certificates being the season for admissions for the students!!
Further, over recent times, there has been a substantial increase in the number of citizens needing E-Services! At the same time, these certificates are being issued by some private E-service providers as well!
When they also operate using the server, the efficiency of the server tends to come down! This issue has been alive for the last 3 years!
As the efficiency of the server is down, the E-Service Centres are also down! The State Government needs to take immediate necessary action in this regard!
