Validity of the Chennai Metro Rail, Season Ticket Cards extended!

The validity of the season ticket cards for the Chennai Metro Rail Services, which remained unused due to the non-operation of the Chennai Metro Rail Services because of the prevailing crisis of the raging resurgent coronavirus pandemic has now been extended.
The regular commuters of the Chennai Metro Rail had doubted whether the season tickets bought before the lockdown imposition would be valid!
With the validity of the season tickets for the Chennai Metro Bus Services having been extended already, the public expected this facility would be repeated for the season tickets for the Chennai Metro Rail services as well!
In this scenario, the Chennai Metro Rail Company has come up with the statement that the validity of the season tickets would be extended to utilise the balance number of trips remaining unused!
Chennai Metro Rail has further appealed to its customers to approach the Customer Service counter in each Chennai Metro Station!
