The Director for the Electricity Distribution has emphasised that the TANGEDCO workers MUST ENSURE GIVING NEW ELECTRICITY CONNECTIONS FOR THE CITIZENS WHO HAVE APPLIED FOR FRESH ELECTRICITY CONNECTION.
In a notification released in this regard by the Director of Electricity Distribution, it is mentioned:
All the grievances from customers MUST BE ATTENDED WITHIN 3 DAYS.
- No application should be kept pending!
- In case the complaints are NOT duly attended within the STIPULATED TIME, DISCIPLINARY ACTION WILL BE TAKEN ON THE CONCERNED STAFF!
- THE CHIEF ENGINEER MUST CLOSELY MONITOR AND CONFIRM THAT ATTENDING TO ALL GRIEVANCES FROM CUSTOMERS ARE EX[EDITEED!
