�         Rejuvenate your hair by regularly trimming it.
�         Avoid hair colouring and ironing. If not possible, use natural ingredients and methods
�         Use natural conditioners like beer and coconut milk.
�         Mix eggs and yogurt and apply to scalp and hair. Leave on for 15 minutes and wash off with shampoo.
�         Massage your scalp and hair with lukewarm oil. For best results, use coconut or olive oil or a combination of both.
�         Use a separate shampoo and conditioner. Leave conditioner on for at least 5 minutes. Make sure that the conditioner does not touch the scalp.
