It was mentioned by a resident belonging to an apartment complex in Pattalam in Chennai that for ensuring the safety of the residents measures were implemented. This apartment complex hosted Holi for around 200 residents yesterday. The senior citizens of the apartment were not allowed to take part in the celebrations and they just watched from the balconies.
