Coronavirus vaccination for citizens above 45 years of age from 1st April!

The Central Government has announced that all citizens above the age of 45 years will be administered with coronavirus vaccine from 1st April.

2 coronavirus vaccines � Covishield and Covaccine � are being administered in India from 16th January.

In the 1st Phase of the vaccination implementation, field worker of the coronavirus-related activities were vaccinated. In the 2nd Phase, citizens above 60 years of age and citizens above 45 years of age with other linked-complaints were administered with coronavirus vaccine.

In this scenario, the Central Government has come up with the announcement that all citizens above 45 years of age will be administered with coronavirus vaccination from 1st April.

The Central Minister Prakash Javadekar shared in this regard:

�It has been decided to administer coronavirus vaccination for all citizens above 45 years of age. As such, all citizens falling in this category MUST register themselves and get administered with the coronavirus vaccination.�

It may be noted here that so far 4.84 Crores doses of coronavirus, vaccination has been administered in the country!
