Please do not eat these in the summer season - They could worsen your health issues

The summer season has just started and soon the temperatures would soar and touch 40 degrees Celsius. In most regions of India, the summer would be very hot. In summers, people get affected with issues like dehydration, headaches, head strokes, hot flushes etc.

People would also get affected by certain airborne and water borne pathogens in the hot and humid climate in the summer season and it could lead to diseases and infections in us. By increasing the body heat and by lowering the immunity in us, there are few foods that would worsen the above said heath issues in us.

We must avoid these foods during summers as they might worsen our issues

Avoid hot beverages:

Majority of us consume hot coffee or tea and this would keep us energetic. The body heat and dehydration would become more if we drink thee hot beverages in the summer. So, please try to avoid these as much as possible.

Avoid oily foods:

Our body heat would get more and the immunity would be lowered when we eat oily foods and junk foods etc. it is known fact that these are considered as unhealthy.

Avoid dairy products:

Intake of dairy products frequently in the summer could lead to ailments in us. It is true that dairy products like cheese, butter, curd etc would undergo abnormal fermentation in the stomach due to body heat and would cause indigestion etc.

Avoid dry fruits:

Many nutrients are present in dry fruits like raisins, dates etc. By consuming dry fruits in summer our body temperature would become more and we would feel irritated and fatigued.

Avoid spices:

Spices like cloves, cinnamon, cardamom etc could make our dish superb but the body heat would become more in the summer time and we might feel dehydrated and sick. There is no need to eliminate them totally but consuming them in limited amounts would be good.

Avoid mangoes:

Many of us consume delicious colourful mangoes in the summer. Truth is that by eating mangoes sometimes we might get issues like stomach upset, diarrhoea, headaches etc in the summer times.

Avoid grilled meat:

The carcinogen quality of the grilled meat would be inincreased if we take hot grilled meat in the summer. There is a huge risk of developing cancer. Please be careful.

Avoid sauces and other processed foods etc:

Our body heat would become more and we might feel fatigued, bloated etc when we consume sauces and processed foods like salad dressings etc. The reason for that could be due to the presence of high salt levels plus preservatives etc in these foods.

Avoid ice-creams:

 In the summers, it is obvious that we prefer delicious ice-creams. The high fat and sugars in ice-creams might lead to obesity, diabetes etc in us. By excess consumption of ice creams in summer, there would be increase in the risk of cold related ailments. It is revealed that eating ice creams might give us a cooling effect at that moment but digestive process overturns it.
