Chennai - Tirupathi Express train cancelled on 26th December!

As station maintenance work is scheduled to be taken up in the Gudur-Titupathi section track, some changes in timing have been made for the train services from Chennai Central to Tirupathi.
As per the changes announced, the special train operated from Chennai Central to Tirupathi (06057) is cancelled on 26th December. The return train, from Tirupathi to Chennai Central (06008) is also cancelled on this date.
Part cancellations:
The special train from Chennai Central to Tirupathi (06008) is partly cancelled from 19th December (today-Saturday) to 25th December and will operate only up to Renigunta.
Similarly, the special train operated from Chennai Central to Tirupathi (06008) will operate starting from Renigunta to Chennai Central from 19th to 25th December.
Route change:
The route for the special train (06733) operated from Rameswaram to Hosur on Fridays is changed to operate via Katpadi-Renigunta on 25th December. This train will not stop at Tirupathi.
The route for the special train operated from Nagercoil to Shalimar (02659) on Sundays is being changed via Katpadi-Renigunta-Gudur on 20th December. Southern Railway has informed that this train will not stop at Chittoor and Tirupathi.
