Apply for medical-related: courses to pursue courses in government / private sectors!

The Indian Medical Education Council has announced that interested candidates may submit applications to join medical-related courses in both government and private colleges.
In a notification released by the Medical Education Council regarding above, it is mentioned:
"Applications may be submitted to pursue 17 medical-related courses including B. Sc, (Nursing), B. Pharm., B B D, B. Sc. (Radiography).
1558 seats are available in government colleges and 11601 seats are available in self-financed colleges.
Candidates may visit the websites - http://www.tnhealth.tn.gov.in OR www.tnmedicalselection.org. and access all required details and apply for the above courses before 5.00 PM on 15th October.
A Xerox copy may be taken of the filled application form and may be sent to before 5.00 PM on 17th October to the following address:

Please note that the application received after the above-mentioned deadlines WI NOT BE CONSIDERED! No excuses such as postal delay, etc., will be acceptable.
