New Arrangement for the college students to write final semester examinations !

The Department for Higher Studies of the State Government of Tamil Nadu has planned to facilitate the college students to write their final semester examinations at the centers nearest to their present residences.
Due to the prevailing raging corona virus pandemic, as a preventive measure, all the examinations for the students in colleges except the final semester examinations were cancelled and the students were deemed passed.
Recently, the State Government of Tamil Nadu has announced that the final semester examinations will be conducted from 15th September.
Subsequently, all the universities/colleges have been gearing up for organising the final semester examinations. For the students belonging to other districts/states or living in other countries that will face hardship in travelling to write the final semester examinations in their colleges/universities, the senior officials of the State Government Department of Higher Education informed that they might be permitted to write the examination online and the state government has approved this proposal.
In a similar vein, the officials told further that arrangements are being made to facilitate these students to write the final semester examinations at the centers nearest to their present residences.
