Why are residents belonging to the Tiruvottiyur zone more worried now?

The residents belonging to Tiruvottiyur are more worried now as the number of Coronavirus positive cases have gone over 1000 mark.
It is known that already the number of Coronavirus positive cases have gone over 1000 mark in other zones like Royapuram, Tondiarpet, Thiru Vi-Ka Nagar, Teynampet, Adyar, Kodambakkam, Anna Nagar and Valasaravakkam etc.
The data from the Chennai Corporation has revealed that Tiruvottiyur reported 1024 cases till Friday morning out of which 580 are active cases. It must be noted that 438 persons have recovered and 6 have passed away here. It is important to note that Royapuram has 4584 cases, Tondiarpet has 3584 cases.
Teynampet has as many as 3291 cases and Kodambakkam has as many as 2966 cases. Information gathered is Thiru vi-Ka Nagar, Anna Nagar and Adyar have 2550, 2751 and 1534 Corona virus positive cases respectively. As many as1217 cases are present in Valasaravakkam.
As on the morning of Friday, 12th June, Chennai city had as many as 27,398 cases and out of those 13012 persons have been getting treated. Chennai has got a recovery rate of 50.8 % and 48.2% cases have been under treatment. One important fact is in Chennai city 60.2 % infected persons were men and 39.8% were women.
