Tamil Nadu: 3.34 Lakhs vehicles seized on lockdown violation! Rs. 3.90 Crores penalty collected!

The Department of Police has informed that 3.34 Lakhs vehicles have been seized for violation of the lockdown conditions.
Further, 3.97 Lakhs persons have been arrested for roaming around under lockdown and later, released on bail.
3.76 Lakhs cases have been booked. The penalty of Rs. 3.90 Crores has been collected.
