Source of Covid-19 infection untraceable in patients- TN likely in stage-3

When compared to other states in India, the state of Tamil Nadu has got low mortality rate of less than 2 percent. In addition, the infection rate is also better in TN than many other states in India.
It is now believed that TN has entered stage-3 as far as Corona virus infection is concerned. This has been due to the fact that the sources of the infection remain untraceable for several patients. This was as per a senior official belonging to the government.
The lock down could continue even after 3rd May 2020 as there has been increase in the number of Corona virus positive cases in the urban places.
From an initial 13 %, the infection rate has dropped down to 3.6 to 3.8 % now in TN. This is totally different from other states like Maharashtra, MP and Delhi were the infection rate has been on the rise. Until last week, no Corona virus positive cases were reported in Dharmapuri and Pudukottai districts and this has changed now. There are new Corona virus cases that are reported in these 2 districts.
In Tiruvannamalai district, few positive cases have been reported without any travel history or family persons infected. It was revealed by an official that stage-4 would have massive number of Covid-19 positive cases from the hot spots. It is now pointed out that going by WHO projections Corona virus pandemic would be there for another 2 months.
The extended lock down as well as police patrol has made TN with reduced number of corona active cases. It is now less than 900 and there are more recoveries. The official later threw light about how at any given time there were more than 1600 high risk people in contact with positive cases. More medical equipment would be coming soon and number of ventilators would be increased to 4000.
