TN State Govt: District-wise hospitals for coronavirus affected!

The State Government of Tamil Nadu has announced that 21 special hospitals have been set up for the treatment of coronavirus throughout the state.

Further, it has announced the list of hospitals to get admitted district-wise for the affected patients.

In a related Government Order released by the Tamil Nadu State Government Health Department Secretary Dr. Beela Rajesh IAS, it mentions:

For the people resident in the districts of Chennai, Thiruvallur, Chingleput, and Kanchipuram, treatments can be taken in the following hospitals: Chennai District Omandhurarar multi-specialty hospital, Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Stanley Medical College  Hospital, and Kilpauk Medical College Hospital.

For the coronavirus patients who are residents of the districts of Vellore, Ranipettai, Titupathur, treatment can be taken at the Vellore Government Medical College Hospital.

Patients who are Salem district residents can be treated at the Mohan Kumaramangalam Medical College Hospital.

Patients who are Erode district residents can be treated at the Perunthurai Medical College Hospital.

Patients from the districts of Coimbatore, Tirupur, and Nilgiri districts can be treated at the Coimbatore ESI Hospital.

Patients from Villupuram and Kallakrichi can be treated at the Villupuram Medical College Hospital.

Patients from Thiruvannamalai district can be treated at the Thiruvannamalai Medical College Hospital.

Patients from the districts of Dharmapuri and Krishnagiri can be treated at the Dharmapuri Medical College Hospital.

Patients from the districts of Karur, Dindigul, and Namakkal can be treated at the Karur Medical College Hospital.

Patients from the Cuddalore district can be treated at Chidambaram Raja Muthaiah Medical College Hospital.

Patients from the districts of Ariyalur, Perambalur, Pudhukkottai, and Trichy can be treated at the Trichy Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Hospital.

Patients from Thanjavur district can be treated at Thanjavur Medical College Hospital.

Patients from the districts of Thiruvarur and Nagappattinam can be treated at the Thiruvarur Medical Collee Hospital.

Patients from the districts o of Sivagangai and Ramanathapuram can be treated at the Sivagangai Medical College Hospital.

Patients from the districts of Madurai and Virudhunagar can be treated at the Madurai Medical College Hospital.

Patients from the district of Theni can be treated at the Theni Medical College Hospital.

Patients from the districts of Thoothukudi, Tirunelveli, and Thenkasi can be treated at Tirunelveli Medical College Hospital.

Patients from Kanyakumari district can be treated at the Kanyakumari Medical College Hospital.

The above hospitals have all been modified as required to treat especially the patients affected by the coronavirus in all 37 districts throughout the state of Tamil Nadu.

If the patients brought were confirmed to be affected by coronavirus, they will be admitted in these hospitals immediately and treatment will be commenced.
