A new App to solve Chennai drinking water-related complaints introduced

A new App addressing and solving Chennai�s drinking-water-related problems have been introduced on behalf of CMWSSB (Chennai Metro Water Supply and Sewage Board). This App has been designed to facilitate the public to complain regarding their grievances anytime anywhere to the officers concerned.
Further, a facility is there to send photographs regarding he complain which will explain the problem even better.
The public can register their particulars such as name, cell phone number, e-mail address, etc., once and download this App from Google Play Store.
When registering the complaint, proper details have to be given by selecting the type of complaint and answering the questions asked. Then, a unique complaint registration number will be allotted and sent to the complainant via SMS.
The public can also access the status on the earlier complaints made through this App itself.
With this App, the public can make their complaints from wherever they are!
The state minister S. P. Velumani inaugurated the functioning of this new App.
