On Sunday, 24th February 2019, 71st birthday anniversary of former chief minister of TN, Dr. J. Jayalalitha was observed and this attracted the attention of many. The present chief minister of TN, Mr. E. Palaniswami and other party members paid tributes to the former chief minister.
It was confirmed by the chief minister, Mr. E. Palaniswami that the Tamil Nadu Music and Fine Arts University would be named after the former late chief minister of TN, Dr. Jayalalitha. Deputy Chief Minister of TN, Mr. O. Paneerselvam also made his presence felt yesterday in observing Jayalalitha�s birth anniversary.
It is well known that the exclusive university for music and fine arts was launched to preserve, foster and promote the traditional system of music, performing arts and fine arts practised in Tamil Nadu. On the birth anniversary yesterday, both chief minister as well as deputy chief minister paid floral tributes to the Jayalalitha�s statue to mark the occasion.
There are many achievements of AIADMK and the state government and these achievements are not known to many people. For this the chief minister and deputy chief minister flagged off a propaganda van to reach out to the people. On the 71st birth anniversary of former chief minister of TN, a compact disc containing AIADMK party propaganda songs were released. The ruling AIADMK party of TN made many heads turn when it distributed welfare aid and gold rings to the newborns plus in organising medical camps.
Sweets were distributed and a souvenir was also released on the occasion by both Mr. Palaniswamy and Mr. Paneerselvam who are the coordinators and co-coordinators respectively of the AIADMK party. The superb information gathered is chief minister also launched the statewide drive to plant 71 lakh saplings.
The point is prime minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi and BJP national chief, Mr. Amit Shah appreciated the efforts taken by late former late chief minister of TN, Dr. Jayalalitha for the sake of people in TN. It must be taken into account that union railways minister, Mr. Piyush Goyal also heaped praises on former chief minister, Jayalalitha and said she was the most respected and loved person.
