Disproportionate Assets Case hearing update
The disproportionate assets case that came up for hearing has been postponed to 6th March. The assets case has Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa as one of the main accused.
The hearing in Bangalore recorded the evidence of seven witnesses. The defence witnesses were cross examined by Special Public Prosecutor M.S. Balakrishna. Assistant to the prosecution Sandesh Chouta resigned from his post.
