Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Ms. J. jayalalitha has termed the killing of late LTTE Chief Prabhakaran�s son as a war crime.
The 12-year old Balachandran was photographed seated in a Sri Lankan military vehicle after which he was allegedly shot at close range. Sri Lanka has denied this claim saying that the boy was killed in crossfire with the LTTE.
�I call upon the Indian government to hold discussions with the US and other like-minded nations and prepare a resolution to be passed by the UN (against Sri Lanka)�, said Ms. Jayalalitha.
