Contest for postal stamp design

For the occasion of the ensuing Republic Day, the Postal Department has announced a special stamp design contest. The theme or the topic is �Potter�s wheel�. It can be a sketch or a colour painting.
The participants will have to send their personal details before 22nd December to:
ADG (Philately), Room No. 108, Dak Bhavan, Sansad Marg, New Delhi 110001
The prizes:
1st Prize � Rs. 50000, 2nd Prize � Rs. 25000, 3rd Prize � Rs. 10000, 5 Consolation Prizes of Rs. 5000 each.
