Low-pressure zone in the Bay of Bengal - Prospects of 3 days rain in Tamil Nadu

A low-pressure zone has recently formed over the Bay of Bengal. Due to this, there are prospects of rain for 3 days as informed by the Chennai Meteorological Centre.
The Chennai Meteorological Centre informed that a low-pressure zone has formed adjacent to the south region of the Bay of Bengal. So, there are strong prospects of heavy wide-spread rain in the southern coastal districts of Tamil Nadu.
The Chennai Metro city will remain cloudy. It may rain sporadically.
