Fire at Chennai Express avenue mall

A minor fire broke out at Chennai Express avenue mall on Today(Nov 23.2012).
An official said as many as 3 water tenders lorries of the fire brigade were pressed into service.It took a few more hours to cool down the charred area.
Soon after the fire began, it was noticed by the security personnel who sounded the fire alarm. This ensured that people were exit safely in the mall.
