Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly session on 14th June

The Secretary-in-charge of the Legislative Assembly, Bhoopathy, has informed that the Legislative Assembly is scheduled to meet on 14th June.
The session will commence at 10.00 AM on 14th June. Discussions will be held on various demands for grants/subsidies from the different departments. During the Assembly session conducted in April, only budget-related issues were discussed.
Subsequently, the assembly session was closed on account of the R K Nagar constituency by-election. So, it is expected during the proposed session on 14th June, issues related to grants/subsidies demanded by various departments will be taken up for discussions.
After the assembly executive committee meeting, the number of days of the proposed assembly session will be decided. It is expected that the session may be for 30 to 35 days. During the session, the demands of the various departments for grants/subsidies will be taken up for discussion every day. It is expected that the details regarding the allotment of funds will be announced after the end of the session.
