DMK leader and former higher education minister K Ponmudi was arrested on today(6 Oct,2012) on sand mining case,
The arrest of former DMK minister, K Ponmudi, became imminent, as the Madras high court refused to grant him anticipatory bail in a sand mining case on Friday(5 Oct,2012).
