A new planet similar to earth with atmosphere discovered

It is a well-known fact there are plenty of planets existing outside the solar system. Recently, a new planet has been discovered.
This new planet is discovered by the German Planet research Institute. This planet is named GJ 1132b.
The special feature to note in this discovery is that in all planets discovered so far, there was no atmosphere phenomenon. But in this planet, an atmosphere exists.
This planet is 1.4 times larger than the earth. It is located 39 light years distance away from the earth.
This is further away from the solar system. Research is being dome to confirm whether any organisms can live.
