Tamil Nadu Government to sell bonds worth Rs.1000 Crores

The state government of Tamil Nadu has decided to sell bonds with 10-year security period in the form of shares worth Rs.1000 Crores through auction.
A press release by the state government regarding this:
The Reserve Bank of India will conduct this auction on 11th April at Mumbai.
Competitive bidding in the auction will be conducted from 10.30 AM to 12.00 PM on 11th April. Non-competitive bids will be conducted from 10.30 AM to 11.30 AM.
In a press release, the Tamil Nadu State Government has instructed that the bids must be made in the electronic mode as per the Integrated Bank Services system followed by the Reserve Bank of India.
