Website launched for Indians living abroad

Ministry of External Affairs has launched a website with the intention of assisting Indians working abroad. Indians living abroad can register their grievances in this website www.madad.gov.in and get it redressed immediately. Moreover people can use Mobile App for MADAD - I (on IOS, Android,Windows) and monitor the status of their grievances.
People can also register their grievances in the websites of Overseas Workers Resource Centres OWRC and (Regional Migrant Resource Centres MRC and get them redressed.
Moreover the grievances can be redressed by email or help lines.
