Tamil Nadu Chief Minister O Panneerselvam unfurls the National Flag

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister O Panneerselvam unfurled the Indian National Flag at the Marina Beach. Since there is no full time Governor for Tamil Nadu, the Chief Minister unfurled the flag. He also took salute from the armed forces and other security forces.
