Airtel Payment Bank operations from today (23rd November)

Airtel, about to make its entry into banking services, has commenced its Payment Bank Services facilities in its mobile phone services from today (Wednesday, 23rd November).
A trial run of this facility was inaugurated in one of the Airtel Stores in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
A brief on the press report released by Airtel regarding this:
The Airtel Payment Bank is one of the subsidiary companies of Airtel.
The customers who are residents in Rajasthan state villages and cities can now open a banking account, These Airtel stores will now start functioning as Banking Service Centres.
With these Airtel Payment banks, the customers can get all the basic and easiest bank services. It is planned to provide this banking facility in 1000 Airtel Stores.
