Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. K. Balachandran, Managing Director ceased to be a Director on the Board of Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited as he has tendered his resignation and relived from the services of the Company effective November 17, 2011.
Further Mr. S. Venkataramana, Director (Operations), Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited will hold the additional charge of the post of Managing Director effective November 17, 2011 in terms of letter No. C-31019/6/2011-CA dated November 14, 2011 from Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India.
