Banks make special arrangements to cater to customers needs

Banks have made special arrangements for the customers to get their old Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes. On this ground, the largest bank in India, SBI has announced that all its bank branches will be functional today, the Friday until 6 pm.
ICICI, a private bank will have all its branches functioning until 8pm on Thursday and Friday, and there will also not be any charges for making online transactions.
Furthermore, until 31st December, there will be no ATM usage charges. The maximum allowed limit of ATM card usage is also doubled. Yet another private bank, Axis Bank has also relaxed its transaction charges. It has also extended its bank working hours and up to 5 free ATM transactions are allowed in a month.
Likewise, banks including HSBC, Punjab National Bank, etc have also extended their work hours.
