The famous Waters Edge Cafďż˝ on Radisson BLU Resort, Kovalam Road, Mamallapuram has laid out a special French Pastries Weekend, for 1st and 2nd October (Saturday & Sunday). Children and adults can engage in activities like balloon sculpting & craft Shop, Entertainment like Magic show and Live Music etc, apart from enjoying the delicious confectionaries.
A p�tisserie is the type of French or Belgian bakery that specializes in pastries and sweets. In both countries, it is a legally controlled title that may only be used by bakeries that employ a licensed ma�tre p�tissier (master pastry chef).
The Menu for lunch includes Brandied Cherry Clafouti, Cream Puff, Lemon Orange Madeleine, Tarte de pommes ala normande, Paris Brest, French Macaroon, Vanilla Cr�me Brulee, Strawberry Savarin, Tarte Tartin etc.
