The annual Brahmotsavam are scheduled to be observed from October 2-11 at Tirumala.
During the coordination committee meeting on Brahmotsavam arrangements held here on Friday, TTD EO E Sambasiva Rao said: We aim to provide satisfactory Darshan at Srivari Temple to all devotees on the same day. Special instructions will be relayed time to time during the day to devotees to take advantage of - Darshan in the lean periods at the Srivari Temple.
More time will be allotted for fee darshan. Arjita Seva will be cancelled during Brahmotsavam days. No cottage allotments will be specifically made for donors in view of the huge rush for accommodation during the Brahmotsavam. Devotes will be made to stay in Amenities Complex for 24 hours and special darshan will be arranged for them. More people will be deployed in hair tonsuring centers.
Free coffee and tea will be supplied to devotees in Vaikunta queue complex during Brahmotsavam days. For beefing up security measures, the officials will be installing CCTV cameras at the Alipiri Padala Mandapam and will be deploying a fleet of ambulances at crucial locations in Tirumala and Tirupati, for providing prompt service to devotees during Brahmotsavam.
