Amazon creates dedicated page for refurbished smartphones

Since last year, Amazon started selling out refurbished Samsung and Xiaomi smartphones on its e-commerce platform. However, buyers had no separate section to find such phones in their site. As a move to provide more varieties to its customers, Amazon has decided to expand its sales options.
Compared to the original phones, these refurbished smartphones that are professionally restored will be available at rate 25 percent lesser. Amazon will sell these phones under its new section called Used and Refurbished Store. Here, phones from Motorola, Apple, Lenovo, HTC, Asus, OnePlus, Xolo, and many others will be available.
Customers can be sure of the products they receive, with Amazon�s 100 percent purchase protection. It ensures that the buyers are delivered with all the necessary items mentioned in the site. These devices come with a period of 6 months warranty. There are also options for the customers to return the phone if the quality is dissatisfying.
It is also to be noted that Amazon is no pioneer in selling used or refurbished smartphones. Overcart or GreenDust are other companies that have been already doing it.
