A list of the top 50 most desirable Information Technology Companies to work in has been released.
The list has been compiled considering the aspects of the working system, the employees� rating, etc.
Great Place to Work Institute India has prepared and released this list.47 percent of the companies in this list are multi-national corporations. (MNCs)
Adobe India, Google India, and Microsoft India are in the top 3 places.
Globe Analytics India, Happiest Minds Technologies, Hitachi Data Systems, Net of India, all MNCs, are also in the list.
In the aspects of allowances/perks, equality of concern for the work and family, and share of profits, multi-national corporations stay far ahead of the Indian Companies.
The start-up companies which are less the 5 years old, lead in some employee aspects such as celebrations, the excuse for errors, and easy access to the top management.
Among this list of top 50 most desirable companies to work with in India, 24 percent are located in Bangalore. CISCO, Happiest Minds, Salesforce, and EMC India are also present in this list.
The top 50 list was based on a survey covering 36500 employees working in 145 companies.
