K Rosaiah - TN new governor

Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister K Rosaiah is set to takeover as Tamil Nadu Governor, whereas MOH Farooq from Jharkhand has been named for Kerala and former Andaman and Nicobar Islands Governor Vakkom Purushothaman is likely to be appointed as Mizoram governor.
Erstwhile executive heads of the states of Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh and Goa, namely Surjit Singh Barnala, Rameshwar Thakur and S S Sidhu respectively have completed their terms, necessitating the change.
