Postal stamp designing contest for Gandhi Jayanthi

Owing to Gandhi Jayanthi, on behalf of the Indian Postal Department, competition to design postal stamp will be conducted.
In a press release issued by the Press Information Bureau of India, it is stated that a stamp designing contest will be conducted by the Indian postal department. This will be based on the concept Swachh Bharat.
This competition is open to all Indian citizens. The stamp designs should be in such a way that it fits clearly inside a stamp.
It should be made on an A 4 size sheet. This has to be sent to ADG (Philately), Room No.108 (B), Dak Bhawan, New Delhi-110001. Importantly, the A 4 sheet should not be folded. Selected designs will be rewarded. The first price is Rs 10,000, second is Rs 6,000 and third is Rs 4,000. The last date to send these designs is 22nd July.
