How to choose and use Perfume?

We all love getting dressed up. Dressing up does not just mean getting the right outfit or the makeover you do to you skin. It includes the perfume you use too.
Perfumes need to be selected wisely. When it comes to buying perfume, its wrapper or packing doesn�t matter at all, rather the manufacturing company does. You need to ensure that the manufacturer is trusted and branded.
First of all, look into the expiry date. While testing the perfume, spray it on the perfume bottle cap. Do not spray so much of the perfume to know how it smells. Spray it twice or thrice to know its flavor.
Body sprays need to be sprayed directly onto our skin. This cannot be sprayed over your dress. Likewise, perfume should not be applied directly on your body, as it may result in rashes on your skin because of the acid content in it. At the same time, it should not be sprayed over your dress, as the acid content may lead to fading of your dress. Most importantly, make sure that you do not spray perfume over silk sarees or fabrics with a lot of embellishments. The acid content of perfume will blacken these decorations.
A few people have aversion towards attar perfume. This may cause prickly heat when used on underarms. While using a perfume for the first time, try using on your wrist and wait for two minutes to look if it gives rise to itching or irritation. If it work good without such irritation, go on to use the perfume.
