Gold price touches a new peak

Gold price jumped to Rs 17368 per sovereign and it is Rs 424 hike in just two days. People shocked with this sudden hike and urged the govt to interfere and check this price rise.
On Wednesday there was a rise of Rs 224 per sovereign in Chennai market and this trend has been continued on Thursday also. The cost of the yellow metal has raised Rs 200 per sovereign on yesterday alone.
In Chennai market the current price of Gold is Rs 17368.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange (Mumbai), the yellow metal touched the peak of Rs 23,465 (10 grams) by adding Rs 269, indicating further upsurge in the coming days.
